In the century since, Emmy has searched for her family and clan, while learning to fight and protecting those who needed help. She dreams of one day being reunited with her people, especially her mother.

Opal's parents were, and probably still are, always looking for the next big heist to run. It was never about if they would teach Opal there tricks, but more about when. They started her off with being the "little lost fairy" and would distract the unsuspecting travelers while her mother, Moonbeam, picked through their belongings and her father, Echo, sabaotaged the wheel of their cart allowing more than enough time to get away. As she got older, her parents never trusted her to come up with her own schemes. One night, Opal stole her some of her parents precious treasures and slipped away into the night. Now, she steals for fun and gives a good portion of her earnings to charities and orphanages all while trying to stay hidden from her parents. The only thing she really longs for is good company and more purpose than the life she currently leads.
Asha Grayleaf was once a proud Owlin ranger, patrolling her forested homeland with skill and dedication, until a mission into the Underdark shattered her life. Captured with her party by mind flayers, she endured weeks of brutal captivity, forced to work alongside enslaved Fomorians and Duergar while witnessing her friends transformed into monstrous creatures one by one. In a final act of defiance, she escaped just before her turn came, fleeing back to the surface with a heart full of grief and shadows gnawing at her soul. Though she tries to live a quiet life, the darkness of her captivity haunts her, pushing her to fight tirelessly against the monsters she escaped—both outside and within.
Zephyros Ashwing grew up in a small village just outside a Feywild gate. He was always bullied for being smaller than the rest. He was made fun of and even physically beaten by the other kids. When he was around the age of 10 he learned of the gods so he prayed and begged them for help but he got no answers. After a year of no answers he swore off the gods and swore that if he ever found them he would kill them for never helping him and just watching him get beat and made fun of. He turned to finding his own way to get more powerful. He ran away from his village at the age of 12 in search of said power. He searched for years. Until finally after 5 years he found an old shrine to a god. He didn't recognize the god portrayed as any of the gods in the pantheon he prayed to. He took a chance and prayed to this god. They answered his prayers. They revealed their name to be Tiger. He vowed to serve them and in exchange she would give him the power he seeked. He trained for 6 years learning all the power she had to offer. He went back to his home and found it now as a big city surrounding the gate. He walked in searching for the people who bullied him. He walked around asking people for information. He ended up at the tavern called the "Fluttering Dust". He went in and sat at the bar and got a drink. He doesn't remember much of that night other than he woke up in front of his god's shrine. She explained she teleported him there for his safety. But she refused to answer any of the questions Zephyros asked. He accepted this and went off in search of starting a new life.
Juniper (Peri) Fletchynn was a mercenary who spent a good portion of her life traveling and fighting for coin, although she would never take any downright evil jobs. However, eight years ago, she was between assignments and found two 5 year old girls traveling alone in some odd mechanical cart that had nothing pulling it. She took them into the next town with her, and found out that their names were Phoebe and Fiona, and that they had escaped an orphanage a three days walk away earlier that same morning. Peri went to bed that night unsure of what to do, and Fluorite appeared to her and told her these girls were special, and that they needed someone to watch over and care for them. In that moment, Peri knew in her heart that these girls were meant for her, and she took an oath to adopt and raise them as her very own children. When she woke up, she found the girls and asked if they would like to be her daughters, to which they happily agreed. Now, Peri is no longer a mercenary, but she does take on smaller quests to make ends meet and to buy materials for her girls to tinker with. The girls do have a tendency to wander off at times if they get distracted with their latest contraption, especially as they’ve gotten older, but they’re normally home by now. (They live just outside the city, where the girls have room to invent and the occasional small explosion can’t do much damage). Peri isn’t too worried, but she’s about to go looking for them.
---------
Adopted daughters, Phoebe and Fiona (13 year old twins, human artificers) Phoebe- fiery redhead, talks a mile a minute, but will always give her sister space to speak when wanted. Fiona- light blonde, very quiet, but when she does speak it’s always worth listening. Both have piercing blue eyes. Both are incredibly intelligent, Peri found them at age 5 after they built a rudimentary horseless cart and escaped from an orphanage a 3 days walk away.
Campaign Notes
In the ancient days, before the great kingdoms rose and fell, there existed a realm shrouded in eternal twilight. Ruled by the wise sorcerer Elowen, this hidden kingdom flourished under the protection of a powerful artifact— Legends speak of Elowen's unmatched command over nature and shadows. However, as time passed, darkness engulfed his realm, and the amulet was shattered into pieces, scattered across the land. You find yourselves in the bustling city of Eldoria, a place where stories of ancient relics and powerful artifacts are traded like common goods. Emerald is looking for maps and documents to try to find her family. Asha is getting arrow materials. Jericho is by the market set up between a couple of stalls, playing his lute with a small case for money in front of him. Opal is in her room at the tavern taking inventory of her things as she does several times a day, just necessities so she can "grab and go". She then leaves her room and tries to pinpoint her next target. She gets into the conversation with Emerald and the woman. The woman being questioned by Emerald explains that she needs to speak to the tavern owner about the paperwork. Opal is going to follow them. Believing the paper to be worth something. Jericho now has the money to get a drink, and goes for a glass of water at the tavern. Asha, once receiving what she needs, goes to the tavern to "get something warm".
In the tavern, The woman begins to explain the documents to the barkeep. and it’s here that Emmy and Opal hear Ashlyn, a scholar with deep knowledge of ancient artifacts, discussing the map and the Spiritstone Amulet fragments with the barkeep. Emmy volunteers to go on the quest for the fragments. With a conversation the word "quest" can be heard all over the tavern. Opal walks up "Quest?" Opal joins in the quest for the fragments. Emmy worries about keeping her name. Opal promises not to steal her name but no promises on stealing during the quest. A crash is heard from the bar. Rico fell and knocked over bar stools. He makes a quick comment, "Quest?" Rico joins the quest. Asha hears "Quest" and her head turns, not in a way of good interest. She tries to hide her bow under the table. Ashlyn looks at the three and says, "I think you guys need one more." Emmy compliments Rico, and introduces Opal. She turns and asks the tavern if anyone wants to go on a quest. Emmy sees Asha who tucks her head down. A conversation ensues. Emmy manages to convince you to come along on the quest. Group gets map and suite key. Rico acquires a fedora. Opal shares that she would like to avoid other fairies. Asha shares her name and that she was in a party before. Rico shares that he has a lost family. Emmy shares that she has been traveling most of her life, helping people along the way. Emmy has glowing gem flesh. Opal was named after opals. Group gets shown where fragments are. Jericho is too in the zone to care. Emmy makes terrible owl pun. Group tries to get Rico’s attention, but rico is too busy fingering (his Lute, you pervs). Rico fingers in private. Everyone retires for the night, not doing unspeakable things (get your mind out of the gutter) Emmy fiddles with gems, but not HER gem….
Everyone wakes up, finding boxes at each of their doors. Probably anthrax…Definitely anthrax. Emmy opens a box, finding a necklace made from the flesh of her kin. The necklace Lance Armstrongs Emmy. Everyone puts on their necklaces and tests their new abilities. Rico is now Cringe. Rico gets a violin that turns into a crossbow. Ashlynn gave us the necklaces. The party meets an elf named Areolas. (he gets sensitive in the cold) Amandine=Lost Princess, Eclipse and Axel=Princess and Prince. Amandine has been lost for two months. Party recieves sending stones. Emmy - Emerald, Asha - Smoky Quartz, Opal - Opal (duh), Rico - Obsidian (even more cringe). The party meets 3 flying monkeys. (Elphaba is near) The party proceeds to fight flying monkeys. Asha contributes a lot. Opal also acquires a hat. (hopefully not as cringey as Rico) Opal finds a note written in celestial in the hat. You board the ship where the captain takes you to a grassy area. You fight 4 Aracokkra who want to make you their hunting prize. You find a clearing set up camp in a tree.
Opal finds notes to a royal outpost The party approaches outpost. Emmy approaches a girl while the others stealth stealthily RJ lives up to the cringe by going invisible and sneaking into a girl’s tent (ya creep) Amandine is suspicious of Emmy RJ decieves the King and Queen RJ accidentally turns tent invisible King and Queen are looking for the Spiritstone Amulet. Amandine is expendable SSA is in fragments.
Guard questions Asha about her whereabouts the day prior. The party plays a good music, and gets tasked with retrieving a fragment of the SSA. Party enters temple, emmy almost gets killed. The gem between emmy’s boobs starts to tug her off (not like that) further into the temple. Emmy grows weary of her pet rock. Emmy’s rock awakens a big purple lion. The lion has sensitive toe beans. The lion guards SSA fragment. The lion gives each character a riddle, which they pass. They are granted the SSA fragment and leave the temple.
The journey is fairly safe aside from a few small animals. (d6 to determine what kind of animals) Wolves, Coyotes, Deer, Bears, Badgers, Turkeys. They can choose to loot the above for their meat and furs, or antlers if applicable.
They get to the Aldwyn Hills. Insert puzzle only Emmy can solve to open the gates to the Rasteyon Caves. Emmy knows this place but it isn't like she remembers. She remembers: a subterranean beauty of crystal obelisk arches, homes made of ore in a semi-circle path, with crystal stepping stones along it that chirped each time you step on one. In the center of the city is a gorgeous reflection pond that shimmers with the glow of the crystals in the water bed. What It Looks like Now: a subterranean wasteland with fractured crystals, the arches had crashed down and shattered into what seemed like a million pieces. The houses of ore, just piles of rubble evidence of years of mining their resources had occured. The steps of Crystal now just holes in the ground where they'd been pried from the ground by crowbars and pickaxes. The reflection ponds once clear and shimmering color now a cloudy and murky green.
One building remains, a small hut of onyx that has definitely had the best parts of it stripped to where only the walls remain. This would have been Emmy's home once upon a time. Inside is a pair of eyes peaking from around a corner. It would turn out to be Moss Terra, a long time friend of Emmy's. He is excited to see her and returns her doll to her. He tells Emmy about his trials in trying to find everyone in the clan and made gravestones for the ones he'd been determined to be dead or out of reach. He takes her to the cemetery he personally created and directly shows the stones for her family with a large amount of sorrow in his heart. He then resolves he's been living in sorrow for too long and decides to join them in their crusade.
The next morning
Emmy and Moss have been up all night reminiscing and reliving their lives. It comes out that Moss knows Celestial, he understands the note. The note reads: urea Porta ad Deorum Regnum aperiatur Sigillum obscurum, Lumen arcana, Fides viam monstrant Per umbras ad aurea sidera ascendite-Translates to: Let the Golden Gate to the Kingdom of the Gods open The dark seal, hidden light, and Faith will show the way Through shadows, to the golden stars.
The party heads out through a different path they went or back out the same way they went in. If they choose the new path- The new path is dark, the only light emitting from Emmy and Moss' crystals until they hit a rock that Moss opens that leads to a bussiling city. (He's dug this entire cave out himself.) If they choose the old path- They exit the same door they went in and travel for an hour till they reach a bussiling city.
Bussiling City = Elarithor. Description: The air is filled with a symphony of sounds: the clatter of horse-drawn carts on cobblestone streets, the melodic calls of street vendors peddling their wares, and the distant hum of a crowd in constant motion. Towering buildings with ornate facades line the streets, their windows gleaming in the sunlight. Colorful banners flutter from balconies, advertising everything from exotic spices to fine silks. Cobblestone alleys snake between the main thoroughfares, inviting the curious to explore hidden shops and cozy taverns. You find yourselves emerging from one of these alleyways. -allow rp and buying things--someone rolls perception-
Among the sea of faces, you make out a young elf stealthily pulling breads into a satchel.-Allow RP to allow opprotunity to catch up to Jade/catch them/them try to steal from party etc.- The elven rouge is able to introduce themselves. As they are getting to know Jade, they hear a really loud scream. They go to interview the person who screamed and get told of an attack of a basilisk and how it went into a sewage system. The party goes into the sewer system- they take it on. LOOT. RJ, Asha, Opal, and Jade all get Basilisk eyes and teeth and even grab some for Emmy and Moss. Asha and RJ also get 2 viles of bile each. Emmy and Moss have been Fucking. RJ accidently Yeets a manhole cover and kills a guard captain. Go back to town to collect payment and Two Flutes is playing. Moss Proposses to Emmy.

She gives RJ the piece of the SSA and Asha her Emerald necklace A blue platypus named Juniper (Peri) walks in looking for Moss. Peri turns out to be a friend of Emmy and Moss’ RJ gives Peri his fedora do be do be do bah Juniper officialy joins the party Moss gives Opal his twin daggers Moss also gives weapons to the others: Emmy gets a glock (Emerald Viper) Jade gets a rapier (The Silent Fang) and a jade necklace Asha gets a shortsword (Blade of the Briarbound) Juniper gets a morningstar (Verdant Vortex) RJ gets a macuahuitl (Name here) (taking a break to get distracted by burlap… yea… burlap) (its actually a flail) The party begins their trek to an archway.
A few of the party members start to feel a burning on their chests while resting They find their necklaces to be gone, replaced by an indent in their chests RJ loses his shirt sad violin noises ensue Opal notices the same thing with her (C needs platypus therapy, cuz i cant do be do be do this anymore) Everyone falls asleep, only for RJ and Jade to wake up in jail cells All allies around Peri have +3 to saving throws, and immunity to the charmed condition. The two see an Eladrin being dragged through the prison, with a stab wound in their chest and bandages around their eyes Asha, Opal, and Peri wake up to see RJ and Jade having a nightmare. The three try to wake up Jade and RJ, and RJ accidentally stabs Opal RJ gets scared by video game Dean Winchester who is also in his cell Dark edgy boxer man is named Cid Cid tells RJ that the wardens of this dream prison harvest other people’s crystals RJ uses his crystal to teleport him and Cid into Jade’s cell. A lady with horns, named Yugiri, appears from behind Jade. RJ teleports himself and the others out of the dream prison.
RJ is currently in the process of commiting seppuku RJ: proficient in fingering guitars and chests (Heh fingering) crystal can fuse with its owner once it chooses one RJ gets zoomies party finally arrives at archway archway engraving: “let the vine guide your path” archway is a portal leading to four pathways, each one adorned with a different flower party goes down the daisy path, leading them through a magical hedge maze. They find a human man petrified. RJ casts misogyny. It's somewhat effective, party loot, stone man. camping equipment, a flask, five kunai, and a celestial emblem are acquired, and the party senses a gorgon behind them. The initiative is rolled out.
The party almost falls through a false brick floor. After several moments of investigation, the party determines that the opening has an invisible pathway, which they cross Once the party crosses the chasm, a voice is heard. The voice reveals itself to be a member of the Crystalline Pantheon, Turquoise Fluorite reveals that Peri’s daughters were kidnapped. Fluorite gifts Peri a notebook The gods inform the party of a threat within the chasm: survivors of falling into the chasm who can invade the dreams of others and steal their crystals.
Obsidian visits RJ, revealing to him that his family is alive Opal (god) visited Opal (not god) to tell her that an acquaintance is not all they seem (dun dun duuuuuun) RJ decides to find his family, tasking Opal to give his goodbye letter to the others The others are invited to breakfast. When they arrive, two individuals introduce themselves: a fairy named Zephyros and a human named Historia "I am sorry guys but I just found out my family is alive. So I am making the choice to go find them. Also if y'all need me I am just a call away. I love y'all. Take care. And kick some fucking ass. XOXO Your friend, Opal reads RJ’s goodbye letter to the others. Zephyr’s gem is revealed to be Tiger’s Eye
The party walks through a portal conjured by the gods, leading them to a pristine otherworldly beach As the rest of the party investigates the beach, Jade encounters a large gem chimera named Tourmaline. The party learns that they need the large gemstone in Tourmaline’s chest, and that they are able to replace it with a similar gemstone in her cave. Tourmaline offers to fly the party to her cave The party enters the cave and discovers a litter of gem chimera babies, each of which “adopts” their own adventurer
Zephyr and Opal go to let the cat out of her bag, only for the cat to run away. A chase ensues Oh yea, Jade (not god) is the daughter of Jade (goddess) and Obsidian In the cave, the party meets the goddess Tiger’s Eye (Out of character: I guess you could say the cats out of the bag…) (out of game: all players take psychic dmg) the party regathers and boards a small ship to go an undisclosed location assigned to them by the gods. Peri jumps into the water to help guide while Asha takes the wheel. While in the water, Peri sees something.
Peri investigates only to find… (GASP) A MONSTER!!! Peri swims down to fight Charybdis, warning the others not to engage. Naturally, the others engage. After some heavy hits from the party and a fiery final blow from Zephyr, the party defeats Charybdis. Zephyr calls Peri a friend, but the peace masks something ominous—perhaps an entity bound by the gods, waiting for salvation or destruction, depending on the party's actions. Scylla’s Domain: As the party recovers from the battle with Charybdis, they drift into Scylla’s territory—a jagged, shadowy area littered with shipwrecks and eerie silence. The environment itself can act as a warning of the dangers ahead, and Peri might catch glimpses of Scylla’s monstrous form weaving through underwater caves or cliff edges. The party finally arrives at the cave that the gods directed them to. They hear a scream as they disembark, finding a young woman on shore. The woman reveals herself as Larvikite. The cat turns into the true form of Tiger’s Eye. Larvikite tells the party that to leave her shore, they each need to trade something they fear losing for a key she possesses. Jade gives her the Binder. His emotional integrity. The dolls of Phoebe and Fiona that they made for her have their voices that say “Gitchee Gitchee Goo” “We Love You, Mom” (Larvakite makes identical copies and lets Peri keep the originals). The pull Zephyr has on her.
The party gains passage through Larvikite’s cave, and after sailing for a little while, pull into the port of Nymfálon. The party disembarks to explore the city. Asha gets some lobster and rum at the Briny Pearl. Jade buys a magical duster and then goes to The Azure Inn and Bar. So many platypus jokes (i cant fuckin doo bee doo bee do this anymore). Peri meets another Platynox whose name was taken by a fey. Perry gives them the name Trinket (Trinity, Trinny… idk man). Perry buys a blue necklace who’s powers i have momentarily forgotten. Opal gets doused in holy water by some dude in the street (edited). The Tide Glass Pendant The name of the necklace. Asha runs into Zephyr on their wayto the Azure Inn. As they arrive, Peri attacks Zephyr, claiming he isnt the real him. After confirming Zephyr is the real Zephyr (w h a t), the party goes to confront Negaros. Negaros reveals his name to be Nyxthorn Shadowwing, a separate entity that embodies Zephyr’s negative emotions (simply speaking). Nyx/Peri bickering ensues. After a long argument, the party members do their own thing for the night. Opal and Zephyr hang around together while Peri gives herself alcohol poisoning. Peri drunkily stumbles into the night before encountering a shadowy figure and blacks out.
The party wakes up and get ready for the day. After everyone congregates, they notice that Peri is missing. Asha finds Peri’s hat and dolls, along with some tracks that appear to have been left by a Platynox. Her and the party follow the tracks to a cave, where the tracks split between two paths. Opal and Zephyr decide to follow the tracks through the left path, with Asha and Jade following the right. While following the right path, Jade and Asha encounter a weird voice sounding like Asha, that stole Asha’s voice for talking too much. In the meantime, Opal and Zephyr discover a false wall at the end of their path, with the tracks leading through the wall. Zephyr spends a few minutes studying and translating the arcane sigils produced by the false wall, finding that each sigil corresponds to an emotion. Zephyr kisses Opal and the Sigil for love turned green. Zephyr has a rock named Glowy now. The party gets reunited on opposite sides of a huge, well lit chamber with a lot of “wax” figures of Platynox that look concerningly lifelike. Peri and Trinity - the Platynox shopkeeper Peri met and told the party about - were under a Wax Figure Encasement (?Flesh to Wax?) spell. Then a member of the organization, Tideborn Syndicate named Sable enters. He began explaining that the organization collects data on rare specimens. He reveals that Peri and Trinity are the last 2 Platynox. Trinity then reveals that she laid eggs. New person enters, introducing himself as Sebastien, Captain Rho’s son, AKA Secret Hand. He casts silence on the drunken, rambling Peri. Zephyr threatens the Tideborn Syndicate. Asha tells Trinity to keep in contact with the party with her Sending Stone (Labradorite). Zephyr gives Sebastien his Sending Stone so Sebastien can contact both the party and his father, Captain Rho. (We love how when I typed Rho it autocorrected to Argo). The party leaves the chamber, Peri being helped as they walk.
The party wakes up at the Azure Inn, where they are delivered breakfast. They eat and prepare for the day, The party finishes breakfast, meanwhile, Sebastean walks in. After a brief argument between him and Peri, he gives the party a map of Nymfalon. The party ventures into the city proper. As the party enters the city proper, Asha recognises the city as her hometown, though it has heavily deteriorated since her departure. As she looks around, an injured Duergar named Vorrak approaches Asha, who she recognises from her time in the Underdark. Vorrak takes Asha and the party to a run down tavern and reveals that following her escape from the Underdark, a band of other slaves gathered and escaped to Nymfalon where they joined Asha’s old rebel alliance, The Just Hand. Vorrak reveals further that following Queen Jacqueline of Nymphalon’s death, a power vacuum has led to several nobles seeking the throne. Among these nobles is Sir Erendor, a vile, unscrupulous noble willing to resort to underhanded deeds to achieve his rise to power. Vorrak tells the party that Erendor is searching for an artifact, one of the shards of the Spiritstone Amulet, to help boost his influence. The party hatch a plan to infiltrate the castle disguised as guards in order to prevent the amulet from reaching Erendor’s hands.
Vorrak is played by Sacha Baron Cohen confirmed. The party leaves to infiltrate the castle, acquiring some guard uniforms by using Command on four guards. The guard uniforms are very skimpy. The party brings Peri to the throne room of Erendor’s castle. The party then attacks Erendor. Initiative is rolled. Reminder for Peri to search the treasure room for diamonds (and other loot) next session.
After the party defeats Erendor, they are informed that they are now the owners of the castle. Asha takes the crown from Erendor’s head as a trophy. Each member attains an item from the treasure room, Opal - Cloak of Protection, Peri - Winged Boots, Zephyr - Serpent Scale Armor, Asha - Nature’s Mantle. The party decides to act as a town council rather than a monarchal syndicate. The Just Hand uses one wing of the castle as a new home base. The Nephidite girl they saved, Everett, crashes with the party for the time being. Ok, so apparently, Everett defended Heaven from Hell (ok, go off you bad bitch) Zephyr reveals to Opal that Tiger’s Eye reduced the constraints put upon him as a result of his pact with her by pledging his allegiance to her as an acolyte. At breakfast, Opal receives a letter from her parents requesting her help with coordinates leading to their location, Before they leave for Opal’s parents, the party goes to retrieve the shard they need.
Shards we have so far: Nemean Lion’s Shard (Peace), Chimera’s Shard (Fire), Mausoleum Shard (Earth)
Shards we still need, Water, Air, and Death.
They are led to a mausoleum, where they are greeted by a reborn. After they gain entry, the party find 4 balancing scales: one with clay, one with sand, one with peat, and one with ash. There are also 4 stone tablets, each tablet is engraved with 4 words: Foundational, Transient, Decomposing, and Finality respectively. After solving the puzzle, the party acquires the Earth shard and leave the mausoleum.
Opal acquires a bubble crown. After a day of travel, the party reaches a gate leading to the feywild. Zephyr freezes in fear at the sight of the gate, hesitant to enter. A fairy woman greets the party after they enter through the gate, seeming very anxious. She reveals her name to be Fyre, and that she is Opal’s younger sister. Fyre states that her and Opal’s parents were accused of killing a king and were captured.
Before entering a village, Asha uses Disguise Self to appear as Opal and Fyre’s mom, Moonbean. Moonbeam Fairlight (Opal’s Mom). The party enters the village bank, where a dwarf lady leads them to Moonbean’s vault. After looking around, Peri spots a cyan gemstone, which she grabs. Opal found some bracelets that were stolen from her.
Zephyr tried to help, but failed, bumping into a silver candelabra. Said candelabra begins to vibrate (don’t get any ideas ya freaks). The candelabra (that’s a fun word) begins multiplying, but Zephyr ceases the duplication charm by casting Dispel Magic. Fyre begins looking for a golden lock pick with a harp at the end. Peri finds the lock pick, but is too short (heh heh) to reach it. Peri uses her winged boots to fly up and retrieve the lock pick.
The party notices that Asha’s illusory disguise has been dispelled on account of the anti-magic field the vault projects. The dwarf woman locks the party in the vault. The party looks for a way to escape, with Zephyr finding a panel in the wall that they can crawl through.
Once the party crawls through the opening, it leads to a wide underground cavern. The cavern is segmented, each segment with their own set of bars. Ok so apparently there’s a hole in the cavern and ohmagahd there’s a DEMON IN ITTTTTTT😱.
Peri, Opal, and Zephyr argue while Asha and Fyre watch. The party enters the hole (SECRET TUNNELLLLLLLL). Hole is said a multitude of times (my will to live is inconceivably limited). Zephyr makes friend with demon cat. Said demon cat gave Zephyr a tongue note.
Enter demon bird. Note is from Opal’s parents saying “hey, we bout to get eaten, come help” and we’re like “ah fiddlesticks”. The demon cat leads the party to a very horny man. Session ends before a fight with said horny man (Val'thazar). Note taker gets a chance to replenish brain cells.
Initiative is rolled. Spikes McGee gets his fucking ass wiped in 3 rounds. Combat Rule #1- Chimeras frickin’ ROCK. After the party shit whips this pansy, Fyre releases the prisoners and Opal’s parents. Fyre asks Opal to invite her to the wedding. Zephyr passes out. Zephyr comes to, asks what happens, Fyre repeats that it'll be Opal and Zephyr's wedding, Zephyr passes out again. Opal uses smelling salts repeatedly. Opal's parents promise to leave Opal alone if she does this. Fyre says the only way Zephyr can get rid of Nyx is by marrying Opal (Will Opal open her heart to her sister? Stay tuned to find out!)
Zephyr doesn't NOT want to get married- he's very overwhelmed. He might pass out again. He's a fragile boi. Zephyr has commitment issues??? (Dun dun DUUUUUNNNNNNN). Zephyr is a damsel in distress and Opal is his knight in rainbow armor. Peri amends her oath of devotion to cover her WHOLE family (Phoebe, Fiona, Zephyr, Opal, Asha, Jade, Emmy, Moss), through the power of Thaleria (Peridot). Zephyr is a massive Brat. We know Opal tops - in the streets. Opal makes Fyre swear to Tiger’s Eye that she will not bring their parents to her and Zephyr’s wedding.
Peri gets drunk while the others eat. Opal unsuccessfully attempts to get drunk. Peri turns into Dolly Parton when she drinks, apparently. Everyone retires to their rooms for the night.
Zephyr has a dream message from Tiger’s Eye that is being narrated like Matt Mercer reading Fifty Shades of Gray. Opal wakes up to Zephyr having a divine seizure and tries to snap him out of it. She fails and proceeds to cry about it. Peri enters and also attempts to snap Zephyr from his dream. Zephyr wakes up from his vision, firing an Eldritch Blast by accident that misses Opal and Peri. Zephyr tells them that he needs to go home. Zephyr accidentally magic’d all over the place. Zephyr suffers magic ophthalmic symptoms of magic epilepsy (points for medical accuracy). Zephyr magics a rabbit and proceeds to repeatedly kill and recreate it. After Zephyr explains his dream at breakfast, the party grabs everything they need before they head to Zephyr’s hometown. The party arrives at Zephyr’s hometown, Velwynd Hollow (cue metaphor-heavy description).
When they arrive in Velwynd Hollow, they notice that everything isn’t as destroyed as Zephyr left it. Zephyr shrinks in anxiety, and Opal harnesses the power of incense to attempt to calm him. The party enters a tavern, where they see a legitimate couple, being male and female (wow real progressive DM). A patron of the tavern recognizes Zephyr, referring to him as the “God Killer” before his mouth is magically removed. Nyx runs into the tavern and tells the party that the town isn’t what it appears, before writing the word “LICH” on a notepad. The party is led to the tavern’s basement by Nyx. The further they go, the more the sound of a heartbeat is heard. Asha pinpoints the location of the heartbeat, coming from a jar on a shelf. Zephyr and Nyx both use radiant magic to destroy the phylactery. The party goes back into the tavern to go and finish off the lich.
As the party approaches the lich’s tower, they stop to plan their mode of attack.
Peri flashes Nyx (with diamonds ya deviants)
When the party enters the tower, they are greeted by a heat and humidity known only to those who inhabit the gulf coast. The sultry swelter of a southern summer burdens the party before Peri relieves their stress via her Spirit Shroud spell (mad points for my alliterative talent)
Nyx suddenly turns into a small dragon and the party makes their way up to the lich’s lair. They bust in, only to find the lich having sex with a female zombie. The lich slams the door and tries to finish, but they burst in anyways (how did it come to this). The lich reveals that he used to be a god by the name of Xeruun. He further reveals that Zephyr received his title by killing him. So the lich seems pretty chill actually and says he’ll leave after restoring Velwynd Hollow. The lich shows Zephyr and Nyx were never tethered to each other and could live independently. He begins restoring Velwynd Hollow and gives Zephyr the Death shard. Dude vanishes.
Nyx: Protector of Eggs
The party returns to the tavern. After resting a while, the party head back to their home base. As they approach the city gates, they run into two figures, revealed to be Emmy and Moss. While catching up, Emmy introduces her and Moss’ baby, Sapphire.
After some more catching up, everyone goes to bed for the night.
Peri begins to cry before begging any god that is listening to help her. A voice comes from her pendant, and from the amulet emerges the goddess Nymirra.
Everyone wakes up. Peri lifts Asha’s hangover Everyone meets in the kitchen for breakfast, before Juniper explains that Nymirra gave her guidance regarding how to let go of her past. She tells the party of a cavern beneath the castle that she needs to go to, and invites the others to join her. As the party makes their way to the cavern, they run into Nymirra in a wine cellar Nymirra performs a memory ritual that removed the pain from Juniper’s memories Nymirra materializes a sword before dubbing Juniper as the “Tideworn Matron”
The party eats breakfast (happy Sarah??? Boring ass note). As the party eats breakfast, Vorrak tells Juniper that someone wishes to speak to her in the courtyard. A dragon named Corvus greets Juniper, explaining that she can provide transport for Juniper and the party. As the party meets with Corvus, three more dragons appear.
Zephyr chooses the green dragon, who introduces himself as Norvak
Opal chooses the purple dragon, who introduces herself as Setai
Asha chooses the blue dragon, who introduces himself as Tandari (colloquially known as Tenders now)
The party mounts their dragons and take off. Juniper uses her magical bond with her girls to direct the dragons. Eventually, the party dismounts at a tower, where Juniper believes her girls to be.
Having second thoughts, Juniper throws the sword Nymirra gave her off the balcony. Nymirra emerges from a nearby puddle with said sword. She tells Juniper that to regain the sword, she must confront the girls’ father.
The party enters the towers, with Juniper’s daughters greeting them. Stupidly, Juniper tries to leave after talking to them, but is restrained by the party.
The party and the daughters berate Juniper and convince her to take what the girls want into consideration. Juniper talks to the father of the girls, introducing himself as Terrence.
Juniper gives Phoebe and Fiona a new toolbox each. The girls show Juniper their old toolboxes, one of which is glowing.
Juniper looks in the box, only to find the Water Shard, the final shard of the Spiritstone Amulet (edited)
The party, along with Terrence and the girls, mount the dragons and head back to the castle.
ZEPHYR PROPOSES TO OPAL
Everyone wakes up and gets ready for the day. While everyone is eating breakfast, talk of the Firewing wedding begins to break the silence.
Opal asks Asha to be her Maid of Honor, to which she agrees on the condition that she doesn’t have to wear a dress.
Phoebe and Fiona suspiciously and mischievously chatter amongst themselves, presumably spitballing ideas for a wedding gift
Opal takes Peri and Asha dress shopping, while Zephyr goes suit shopping all alone (*i walk a lonely road*)
The girls walk into a shop called “The Sanctum of Style,” where they are helped by the shopkeeper Falion (my gay German elf boy heheheeee)
After finding the perfect dress, the girls go to a jeweler, where Opal finds a ring for Zephyr
The girls go back to the keep, where they find Zephyr looking for RJ. After a bit, RJ reemerges and catches up with Opal, revealing that he is engaged to a Red Panda lady named Mari. Opal and RJ leave to work on a project while the others visit with each other.

A Wedding.
As the group gets ready for the morning, an unrecognizable group of three women enter the castle. They introduce themselves as The Farseekers, a branch of The Tideborn sent by Sebastien. They explain that the Platynox eggs are beginning to hatch and need a place to keep the hatchlings.
After they leave, Axton enters, followed by Amandine. Amandine explains that after Axton fought with his sister, he released his spell on her and ran away, seeking the party’s keep as refuge. Amandine further explains that her husband would be meeting them there.
Phoebe and Fiona enter and see Axton. Axton and the girls recognize each other and embrace, revealing that they are siblings.
The party prepares to assemble the Spiritstone Amulet
Dun Dun DUUUNNNNNN
thunder noises
Once the amulet is assembled, some magical shit goes down
A ruby dragon appears from the amulet, materializing out of crimson light.
The dragon introduces himself as Sardior
Sardior tells the party that his captor will come to fight them, imploring them to prepare themselves
After preparations are made, an illusion within the castle fades and a rift appears
The party enters the rift, finding a magically enhanced Eclipse within
She reveals her true identity as Elowen, the sorcerer of antiquity who lost the Spiritstone Amulet
